Are you a mum looking for a unique and meaningful way to connect and unwind?

At Mother Nurture, we invite you to explore your creativity with simple, enjoyable techniques, recharge, and share your journey with a community of like-minded women.

Led by mothers, for mothers, our workshops welcome you at any stage of your parenting journey.

No prior experience needed- we’ll provide everything you need, including materials and refreshments. Just come as you are!

Programme overview:

Our course is centred on you- your wellbeing, creativity and unique journey through motherhood. We provide a calm and nurturing space to slow down, reflect on your thoughts and emotions, and reconnect with yourself.

Activities include:

• Art making

• Movement

Each session is designed to help you clear your mind, explore your feelings, and discover new ways to express yourself. Our activities enhance creativity, build self-esteem, and create meaningful connections between your thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore art materials and techniques while also connecting with your body through movement. With a focus on the process, we’re here to support you at your own pace.

We also know how valuable it is to connect with others. Every session includes time to settle in and ends with a relaxed half hour of tea, biscuits, and conversation.

Our course is inclusive and suitable for all mums, with pre-crawling babies warmly welcome. If you have any questions or special requirements, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
