Mother Nurture

Wednesdays, 20th April - 22nd June, 10am-12pm

Have you recently had a baby and are looking for something different to do for the two of you? Find your own rhythm in a time of transition through art making and movement.

Our 10 week Art & Movement course offers a warm and welcoming space where you can make new friends, enjoy a cuppa and express yourself creatively.

No experience necessary, just bring yourself and your little one(s).

Programme overview:

Our course is all about you, your wellbeing and your journey into motherhood. It allows time to slow down and reconnect with yourself in this extraordinary time of transition. The activities are designed to help you clear your mind and discover new ways to express yourself with your baby by your side.

We'll explore feelings, boost creativity and self-esteem through: art making, relaxation, movement and reflection.

You'll get to know art materials and techniques and have a chance to connect with your body, linking thoughts, emotions and personal experiences to the art making and movement. We focus on the process and will be there to support you all the way.

We know how important it is to have plenty of time to connect with others, especially as a new mum. All our sessions allow time to settle in and are followed by a relaxed half hour of chat with tea and biscuits.

Our course is suitable for mums (at any stage of postnatal recovery) with pre-crawling babies (although you can't ever quite tell when they'll be off ;-)

We look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
