On Solid Ground is a Kent-based Community Interest Company (LBG) dedicated to supporting mental, emotional, and physical well-being through the power of creative expression.

We design and deliver inclusive workshops and courses tailored for mothers, pupils, young children, and their caregivers. Our sessions offer a nurturing space for self-discovery, connection, and growth.

 

We are proud to be partnering with local organisations, like the Sunflower House, Creative Folkestone, the Folkestone Women's Forum and Kent Family Hub.

Our team brings together expertise in Art Psychotherapy, Fine Art, Teaching, and Dance to offer a unique, interdisciplinary approach. Through a blend of creative, therapeutic, and physical practices, we help you reconnect to your innate creative power and explore new ways of thinking and being.

Each workshop offers a space for guided art making, movement, relaxation, and reflection- encouraging self-expression, confidence, and a deeper sense of wellbeing. We celebrate individuality and diversity, and we are here to support you in feeling more grounded, inspired, and connected.
