About the event
Our 'Roots' session explores the foundations of who we are as both mothers and individuals. In this session, we’ll embrace the evolving nature of our journeys as mothers and individuals, celebrating our roots and everything that makes us feel nourished and grounded. Our sessions blend art-making, gentle movement, and reflective practices. Whether you already enjoy art making or are a complete beginner, this taster gives you an insight into what our full course has to offer, is an opportunity to explore your creativity in a supportive space, connect with other mums, and take a moment for yourself.
What to Expect:
Guided art activities (no experience needed!)
Gentle movement exercises to relax and rejuvenate
Reflection time to connect with yourself and others
A nurturing, calm environment to unwind
Take a well-deserved pause and celebrate your unique journey through motherhood. All materials provided, just bring yourself! Pre-crawling babies are welcome to come along.
After the session we can head up to the lovely YOKE café for a drink and chat.
